The customer feel guilty......

Want to share story with you all.........yesterday like an ordinary working day...serving customer......issue an insurance policy...............etc etc....and around 4pm, 1 Korean family, Father, Mother and is 28 years old son come to the office and then sit in front of me....i already saw they holding a JPJ Transfer Ownership Form so i just assumed that they want to do the Insurance Policy Transfer...........and they goes the conversation between me and the Korean son.....
.
.
Korean Son : I want to change my name into this insurance ( meaning he want to do the insurance policy transfer.....the english mix together with his korean language )
Me : Ok. You want to transfer the policy to your name. ( after that I straight away do the endorsement.....)
.
.
Meanwhile the Korean son and father was discuss something in their Korean language.....actually i a bit fanatic with the Korean Drama...so i was very excited to hear they talking each other....my mouth become so itchy want to tease their language......yapusiaou ( hello ), kamsakamida ( thank you ), adesea ( ok or maybe understand )...i dont no if the word is correct or not...but i used to hear this word everytime when i watch the Korean Drama ( break : now i'm watch the Korean Drama Mr.Goodbye at channel KBS 303 every monday to thursday 10.10 - 11.20pm )........ok back to the story....
.
.
Me : ok...you just pay this amount.....RM 200 ++...( i give the endorsement to them )..
Korean Son : if my father go back to Korea....but i live here....we must change the name or i just put my name to this insurance as a second driver ? and if i put my name here how much we have to pay to you.?
Me : Yes you can include your name as a second driver instead of do the transfer ownership transaction and its free for the second driver...
Korean Son : free ! ( with surprised face )... in our country we must pay an additional premium if we include another driver....
Me : yes...its still free if you put the second driver but we charge RM 10 for each person for the third and next named driver if you want to include them...
Korean Son : I'm very very sorry...i don't want to transfer the policy...i just want to put my name here.....you already do the transfer ?
Me : Yes ( @#$%%@^% i already do the endorsement and i have to reverse it all back )....now you want to transfer the policy or just want to include the second named driver ? ( to confirm with the Korean Son...even i was so gerammm but if you in servicing company the customer is always right...so i'm still maintain my sweet face )
Korean Son : i very very sorry ( with a guilty face )....i dont want do the transfer policy....just to include my name here......
Me : ooo its ok.....but you have to wait because i need to reverse back all the transaction....
.
.
and then the Korean family sit at the waiting area and the Son went out...10 minute later all the transaction done and I go to the waiting area and give the father an endorsement form to sign. and the son come back already dont know from where with big plastic bag....the korean family thanks me and still say sorry.....i already say that its ok.....but their face still showing guilty like they already do a big mistake...and the end the korean family spent me and all my colleagues Susu Kacang Soya......and i got two susu kacang soya because i'm the one who servicing them....he he he.....earlier i was geram but in the end i feel so bad and malu with the korean family....

  4. Very Korean indeed, they are very apologetic people. Wish our Malaysians politicians can learn from them.
